On Thursday 1 May, celebrate with us the beauty of spring and the authentic flavours of Apulia! We are waiting for you with a menu designed to enhance the quality of raw materials and the passion of our cuisine:

Starters:
– Focaccia Senatore Cappelli and mixed cold cuts
– Selection of Masseria Calongo Sottoli
– Lonzino Salmistrato, Rocket, Grana Padano and Cotto di Fichi
– Crispy Parmigiana Cube on Lemon Ricotta Cream
– Potato Flan on Caciocavallo Fondue

First course of your choice
– Risotto mantecato alla Burrata with Citrus Shrimp Tartare
or alternatively
– Strascinate Senatore Cappelli with Cardoncello Ragout, Guanciale and Sausage

Second course:
– Fillet of Pork cooked at Low Temperature in Bread Crust, Baked Potatoes and Masseria Red Onion Compote
