Feeling at home

Masseria Calongo is an old 17th-century structure, situated on a hill overlooking the beautiful Itria Valley, surrounded by beautiful centuries-old olive trees and the peace and silence of the Cistranese countryside, renovated to reflect the charm of the past.

Our rooms are clean and spacious, with all comforts: four flats with Bed&Breakfast formula, equipped with kitchenette with mini-fridge and microwave oven, refrigerated/heated air, LCD TV, hairdryer and free Wi-Fi, as well as daily cleaning and parking space.

The Masseria is located just 2 km from the historic centre of Cisternino, declared a Jewel of Italy, and a short distance from the most beautiful Apulian beaches, as well as from the architectural masterpieces of the Itria Valley and the main attractions: ideal for experiencing an unforgettable holiday in Apulia, made of relaxation, genuine food and the charm of past times.

Home-made breakfast

Every morning we say good morning to you with a hearty sweet and savoury breakfast, freshly prepared and made only with natural ingredients from our land: jams and fruit juices from our trees, samples of local cured meats and cheeses, without gluten or preservatives, homemade cakes made only with natural ingredients.

Restaurant (reservation required)

The classics of genuine Apulian cuisine, some of them world-famous, some revisited by the chef’s imagination, all freshly prepared. And as a final treat, our homemade desserts, prepared only with natural ingredients.

Free parking

Each guest benefits from a reserved parking space within the property.

Our philosophy

Masseria Calongo, however, is at the forefront of energy saving: totally powered by photovoltaic panels and with a rainwater collection system, it is a structure that cares about the environment.

Pranzo con amici, una tavolata di 14 persone. Posto incantevole in mezzo alla natura. Cucina a km zero, della serie raccolto e cucinato. Ottimi piatti della tradizione pugliese. Un consiglio non mangiate il giorno prima.
